And we’re back, hope you had a good summer. Aaron and Brian discuss parental controls and laugh about the lack of them they faced back in the 90’s. Why were we gone? Surgery for Aaron (feel free to mock his new lisp on twitter), technical difficulties on our audio. Perhaps they’ll come back as lost episodes when we need emergency filler.

Brian goes through his recommendations of shows: Alan Covert, Superbad, Grandma’s Boy. Freaks & Geeks. Aaron continues to have missed way to much film and tv in the last decade. We also discover we seem to be developing a format. Aaron has an actual recommendation with Parks and Recreation. Ron Swanson is a stud. Aziz Ansari and John Malaney are the go to stand ups of the week.

We’re going through The Eye of the World.

Both of us weren’t impressed by the Evil Dead reboot. Aaron shares tales of his manliness in the face of horror movies. Army of Darkness returns! Trailer  Torchwood is brought up.  Aaron is technically correct (the best kind of correct) about John Barrowman.
